“It is not uncommon for people to spend their whole life waiting to start living.” – Eckhart Tolle

NOW

How many times are we distracted and think about what we can reply alternatively instead of listening what the other person wants to tell us?
To live at the moment means being conscious. We’re more productive when we’re mindful.
Zen proverb: “When walking, walk. When eating, eat.”

NOW

The author of the #1 New York Times bestseller “The power of now”, Eckhart Tolle encourages us to be more aware.
I recommend this book for everyone wanting to make positive changes in their lives.
The book is not for everyone…but if you have an open mind and are searching – it’s a must-read. It makes us see the world from a very different perspective. You learn how to live in a better way and lead a fuller life.
The book is a great reminder that all we have is here and now.

NOW

I like the whole concept of living in the “here and now”. It’s the only power we have.
Moreover, I believe that our thoughts create our future and if we can control our thoughts we can also control our future in a positive way.
Living in the moment means letting go of the past and having trust in the future.

I have found when I live my life with this NOW philosophy I get so much more done. I also find that I don’t leave with regrets or things hanging over my head because I am doing something and living!

Totally agree with living in the here and now, I’m way too guilty of putting things off waiting for a better time!

Stunning pictures. We believe its only we who can make ourselves happy and living in present and enjoying every moment and not worrying about whats to come is surely the key to happiness.
