It’s not what you have but what you do with what you have that will determine your accomplishments in life.
At any moment, we need to remember to do the best with what we have. I think being just grateful is one of the most powerful skills every person has. But not everyone is aware of it. We need to be aware of the law of gratitude because if we don’t appreciate small things in our life, we cannot have more. If we don’t appreciate small opportunities, we cannot have more and bigger opportunities.

I think there’s many people who just complain about the things, which they don’t have. This kind of mindset will prevent them automatically to achieve more in a life…whatever it could be: more love, more joy, more money etc.
The same question is how you use your knowledge. You can have a lot of knowledge and still think that it’s not enough. We need to improve ourselves but still remember what we have at this current moment.

Always look at what you have, instead of what you don’t have or what you’ve lost. We cannot turn the time.

I created this look using pieces, which I wore last months and last year.
The only new accessories are sunglasses by Jessica Simpson, which I bought last week in TKMaxx.
The top by Zara was used before:

I love your top and this post! I totally agree that when you have a heart of thankfulness and are grateful for everything, you are able to live life to the fullest!
The whole outfit is super cute, and I’m loving the pineapple necklace! What you do with what you have is so important. You’re right!
I completely agree! It’s important to really appreciate what we have and to use it as best we can!
Great post! I love how you point out that we have to appreciate what we have and not complain about what we don’t have.
I love the fringe top. I write in a gratitude journal every day…I list 5 things I am grateful for.
I love this post! This is something I really love to do. I love to take different pieces and make a brand new outfit with them. It inspires my creativity and helps me feel confident in pieces I have worn many times before. Thanks for the reminder.
This is so very true! I love what you have done to recycle old looks to make them into new looks – a fringe top never goes out of style!

I definitely need to work on this. I always think about what I could have, what I could do to make myself happier than today or yesterday. Thanks for sharing!!
Love this. Such good advice. And that top is adorable!
Great words to live by and the outfit is cute as well.
You are absolutely right! And could not agree with you more. Well said! And I am loving everything about this look – particularly the bag! XO

I absolutely agree that being grateful is one of the most important things in life. I don’t remember now who said it but he/she said that if thanks is the only prayer we ever say in our lives, then that will suffice. I think that’s beautiful.
I love the title of this post. i often just keep aside what I have and look for new stuffs to buy in the market. But my mums always styling herself up (which looks better than my newly purchased stuffs BTW) with old clothes. So, yes i quite agree with your title.
Exactly! Instead of focusing on what we don’t have it’s better to focus on what we have, and that goes for our outfit. Love this post! Your outfit is gorgeous.
Very beautiful look. Love the city chic vibe and I totally agree with you about the importance of being grateful! xx
